Heart of a Spy chapter 9 part1

Chapter 9

Location: School
Mission: Brake in
As I went down the elevator with Deuce to sub level 1, there was the usual thing… I think. There was the chemical scan, and heat scan, and I think a metal detector.
When the doors opened students/my class mates were all in a group and not moving, not anyone was opening the doors they just stood there looking at a yellow post-stick saying:
Good after noon this is part one of your new class. Your task is simple choose your strongest class mates to go through this hall way of surprise's. Don't get caught or you fail.

"What's it mean?" Amy asked she had dark blonde hair and hazel eyes her mother was a spy but her dad was a normie.
"It means we have a test before we've learned anything" said Taryne she had black hair and she wore glasses. She was all normie but got in here for her exceling grades.
"Who's going to do it, who are we choosing?" Deuce asked
"I think we should pick Alex!" Francis shouted
"Were supposed to pick our strongest" Sam replied he had black hair which was long and blue eyes. Farther worked in the CSI, his mom died when he was young.
"But Alex is our smartest so he is our strongest in the mental ways plus he knows this school better than anyone of us" Francis said
"Well his going to need back up" Taryne said pointing out the obvious
"I say we choose Deuce he is our strongest fighter" Matt told everyone. His dad and mom were department head's in MI6.
"He WAS our strongest fighter, but then Cece beat him so Cece should go in there with Alex" Amy told them
"Why are you guy's talking about me?" Cece asked as she came out the elevator with Diana.
"Were choosing you to go in there with Alex to clear the pathway for us" Matt said as he pointed into the hall way that lead to our class.
"Let's see we have a brain box, a good fighter we need eyes. I choose Francis" Diana said after reading the post-stick.
"Why are we choosing me? I have good eye sight I know but you have better eye sight by miles!" Francis argued. She was probably scared.
"Yeah Diana should go as well" Deuce chimed.
"Yeah I agree with Deuce" Temi said appearing out of nowhere.
"So it's settled Alex, Diana and Cece are going in" Taryne said checking if everyone was clear on the arrangement.
"That's a good combo" Andrew praised. He was David's twin but they never hanged around each other.
"Do we even get a choice in this at all" I said finally argued back at them.
"No!" they all said.
"Alright, alright we get the picture" I told them "we need a plan we can't just charge in there… Where have Cece and Diana gone?" I asked as I realised I was talking to myself.
"They are already inside" Temi stated.
"What?" I went to where they were "do you know if we fail this then we have our memorise swapped or erased, don't you girls think!" I told them off.
"Look at those small metallic disks on the walls I think we have lasers, and three security cameras and maybe a few trip wires cause I can see a little shine near the floor…" Diana said as if she was saying out loud a check list.
"Does anyone have some casting crème gloss hairspray?" Cece asked
"This is no time to do your hair Cece!" I shouted.
"I do" Amy answered.
"I do too" Francis answered as well.
"Good give them both to me I'll buy you new ones later" Cece said.
"Are you just going to ignore me?" I asked them.
"Yes" Cece and Diana answered without even looking at me.
"Taryne give me your hair pins" Diana told her.
"Here" Taryne said and tossed two hair clips at Diana.
"Ok if I do this right then it will spray continuously until there isn't anything left in the cans. Thank god there's a lot in here" Cece stated.
When she was finished altering the innocent hair spray cans and set them on the floor, it was everywhere as it came out of the cans. Through the fog of hairspray we could see the red lasers that were darting across the room.
"Now I see what you were doing, but how do we get across now without setting any of them off?" I asked
"Simple" Diana answered then turned to the group "girls give me your mirrors"
A shocked silence filled the small room "it's for temporary use I promise there won't be a single scratch on them" Cece promised.
It seemed that every girl in the room sighed then one by one handed in their mirrors. Let's hope the lasers weren't super powerful as the mirror could destroy the mirror before the light gets to it.
